Question:
We have Building Common Areas in our 1st Floor Lobby. Is the square footage for that Common Area calculated to the outside, centerline, or inside of the walls?
Answer:
It depends what space its bordering. If its bordering VP or FLoro Common, then the VP or FC space gets the wall. If its bordering tenant space, it goes to the centerline.
