You're correct in that its not addressed in the 1980 Standard. We would recommend following the same logic as in the 1996 Standard in that event, as the intent is still the same. If a corridor has recessed entries into tenant space, the recessed area should be considered part of the tenant space, as if the wall were straight. This is consistent with the upcoming 2009 Standard as well.
